The sales experience was good, but sadly, the Car Bravo warranty did nothing for me when I was stranded a few weeks after buying my car. The dealership put the burden on me to figure out the warranty even though Car Bravo assured me the dealership should handle all maintenance repair costs and scheduling towing. I had to pay $300 for a service update at another dealership and even though I was told someone would “check into” whether the Car Bravo would pay that, no one ever followed up again after emailing. Bad experience, replied to my review saying I was being threatening, in a cheap shot to slander, and discredit my review for their benefit. Also, it seems several 1 star reviews have been taken down. Nothing hostile was ever sent. Just shared screen shots of my email to show this. I will post the email showing the exchange;which was very professional.
