Had an appointment for them to assess the damage on my vehicle on May 15. At this appointment I told them I would use my package policy to replace my windshield while the other damage was getting fixed. Was told they couldn't get me in until June 25 and that I'd be included in the email to SGI when they had the cost of repairs figured out. I never received an email about the cost of repairs. Boyd Autobody & Glass did a well-done job on my front bumper. They even got me an Enterprise rental car. The staff were friendly and polite.
I had the most amazing experience yesterday, it made my day so much brighter, staff were friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and fixed my issue on my drivers door so I didn’t have to climb into my passenger seat to get out of my Jeep, I’m very thankful for the fast efficient service I received.
