I've had a Boyd security system in my home for about a year. The system works beautifully and the staff, both in the field and in the office are very nice, efficient and helpful. I've had other security company's and Boyd is the best.
HORRIBLE ATTITUDE ON PHONE! Argumentative and lack customer service etiquette! No social skills. I had to get nasty because the tone of both women was very condescending! My alarm (which is leased) has gone off 5 times in the last two weeks with police showing up issuing a false alarm ticket that I will be charged for. Lorena said I have to wait till December 2nd because there's no one available.
