When we moved into our home in 2009 there was already a Boyd & Associates alarm system in the house so we used Boyd. For the last several years the alarm didn’t work properly and kept going off for no reason. Each time my husband and I would have to leave work, drive home, and check for burglars otherwise the police would be sent and we would pay for it. We have been very happy with our security system and the quick response by the Boyd's team when we got an alert. They even contact us when they get a power outage notification, which gives us a heads up that there is something going on in the area.
Fabulous customer service. No mater what time of day that you call someone is there to help you.
