I don't recommend this company for appraisal. The photos were horrible and only showed the wrongs of my house. My house was devalued by being appraised as a 2-1 when it was permitted as a 3 2, I purchased it as a 3 2, on the mmls its a 3 2, but she appraised it as a 2 1. Also her measurements were wrong some rooms weren't fully measured and missing from the appraisal. On top of that she ignored my calls, after she already took my money.
