Terrible experience. First off... they’re not open until 8:30. But that’s not even true... I stayed for an hour and they NEVER opened. Stay away- what a waste of time.
Never received any help. Waited 15 minutes, people in side office said "she" was around somewhere. Guy said he would go look for her after I rang the bell a second time. He finally did, I guess, after another 5 minute wait. No one ever arrived. I finally left and went upstairs to Encompass to have them do lab work. As I left the building there was still no one at the reception area and now the side office door was closed. Who knows if anyone actually works there?
