I used to love Boybeads, the first time I purchased from them everything went well. I came back to buy a Xmas gift for my honey,unfortunately upon delivery the beads where stolen. I immediately contacted BOYBEADS and informed them I had not received it even though the delivery status stated “delivered”. I immediately received a response and was asked to wait a couple of days due to backlog on the post office side, which I did. My worst online shopping experience!! I was told that I would receive a replacement bracelet because the one I paid for was too small but the replacement NEVER CAME! and I never got a refund. After numerous attempts, I gave up. In other words, they stole my money!!! Poor customer service or just plain greedy. Sad!
