Very disappointed with Boyance air conditioner service. My parents had an air conditioner unit installed and ducts were put onto the wrong unit. My mom went to his office to ask about changing ducts to be place on the new 4 ton unit . He did give my parents a free service to install ducts, but they were place on wrong unit. My mom walk in his office to follow up on changing ducts to the new unit. My mom was willing to pay to ducts on the right unit. Mr Boyance got irratte and threw her out of the office.
