Friendly and honest customer service
Stay away from kubota I have had 3 or 4 just the 1.7 tonne twice the fuel solenoid broke the 2nd time still under warranty also had leaking ram when new the controls are stiff and give you rsi went to buy parts and crazy prices had a hydraulic hitch fitted only for the hoses to rub on pipework from new then under warranty they replaced pipes and only happened again
UPDATE: Last week I contacted Roberto and team at Boya because I needed to add a grapple to my arsenal of BX23S attachments. Roberto was out of town on the day but called me back within only a few minutes. I was concerned about cost, so I considered alternatives before contacting Roberto. Only a few hours later it was a 'done deal'. We chose Kubota equipment for the ongoing needs of our community based on reviews and past experiences. We then chose to deal with Boya equipment in Wangara. The service and knowledge of Roberto Fasano has been amazing. The questions he asked ensured that our investment was correct for our needs. We have now added an ATV to the initial Tractor purchase.
