On May 3rd, I signed up to rent a storage unit at Boxville Storage. Just a few hours after moving some items in, I received an email stating that access would be restricted to business hours only until further notice. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the facility already has limited access hours. Now, with the restriction to business hours only, it’s nearly impossible for me to access my unit—I work during those same hours.
