Truly a fantastic gym! I am shortly coming up on my one year mark of attending this gym and it’s honestly become my favorite place to work out. This facility has everything you need for a great workout and they provide services like boxing and cross training with coaches that will train you like a champion. Been training here for about 6 months and can’t complain! My wife and kids also train here and they love it as well . Coach David , Pj Will, Phil, Dino & Tariq all are there to show the in’s and outs of boxing and cross training. Wether its sparring, combos, foot drills, etc they have you pushing your self and learning something new everyday, definetly recommend to anyone and most importantly it feels like a tight community no one making anyone uncomfortable but rather helping you improve !!
Staff is Amazing and I been a member since 2020.
Old-school style, real boxing gym. Great team of coaches, plenty of good equipment and a bonus fitness room! Members are friendly and respectful, go to work and see the results. Hi Terry 👋
