I had my first training session today and it was amazing! The workout was intense (in the best way), and I left feeling stronger, motivated, and excited to keep going. My trainer (Will) pushed me just the right amount and really kept me encouraged the whole time. Looking forward to many more sessions!

I heard about this gym through friends of mine who workout here. I used to workout at a boxing gym a few years ago and was looking for something similar that would give me guided work outs to help me achieve my fitness goals, while also giving me boxing workouts. Literally my new favorite place to be! The trainers really care about your goals and take pride in what they do. I love how I can come in at any time during opening hours and get a great workout in, no pressure to make it at a certain time to join a class. 10/10 recommend to everyone! Come in once and you’ll never wanna leave 🥰

I made the decision to sign up for Boxingology as part of my fitness journey and I don't regret it ! Training with Wil has been an incredible experience, as he pushes me to be my best self every session. I have noticed a significant improvement in my fitness and stamina in just the first two weeks of training. This place is a safe space for me. Wil my trainer is an amazing human being. He pushes you the limit. Doesn’t let me leave . When I want to go he pushes you and doesn’t let me give up. There was a time I was home in bed and just his text pushed me to get up and go. I’ve thrown up , sweat so bad my T-shirt is drenched. I was referred by my friends who also love it. I was debating for ‘months to go . But once I went to singed up I won’t turn back.. .
