Boxingology is my introduction into the boxing training world and I have to say it is fast paced, challenging, hard-work. I love how they teach you how to move while you’re actually in it rather than step by step teaching. Coach Will definitely pushes you to and pass your limits. I’ve loss 8lbs since I started this gym and I love the way I feel. They have an assortment of membership options that works best for you and the prices are very fair.

I am truly grateful for this gym and most of all Coach Wil. He encourages and with kindness continue to push you to do more. Appreciate the various ways it allows us to work out and get a good deep sweat which at the moment you hate 🤣 but then are so grateful when you finish. 😊. Thank you for being consistent at this gym..
The absolute LAST, REAL BOXING GYM in the Bronx. Open at the “crack” of Dawn. Close when it’s dark. That’s a boxing gym.
Great trainer good vibes, all love here boxing for all levels, def worth joining this gym if your just looking for a solid workout routine
