He even welcomed my brother and girlfriend to join a session, which made the experience feel more supportive. His focus on safe, effective movement has really helped reduce discomfort around my knees.

Boxingology is my introduction into the boxing training world and I have to say it is fast paced, challenging, hard-work. I love how they teach you how to move while you’re actually in it rather than step by step teaching. Coach Will definitely pushes you to and pass your limits. I’ve loss 8lbs since I started this gym and I love the way I feel. They have an assortment of membership options that works best for you and the prices are very fair.
