The Boxing Lab Orlando is a 5 star establishment and Coach Robbie Burwell is a truly excellent instructor who motivates you yet keeps the classes fun. If you’re looking to train, get into shape, or just have some fun, this is the place to go!
If you are looking to just start your fitness journey or continue and advance at a high level, I highly recommend The Boxing Lab and coach Trent Gaulin. Trents years of experience in Muay Thai, Kick Boxing and Boxing leave you with the tools you need to excel. His professionalism and knowledge surpass any other trainer in the field. I have learned more this past year training with Trent than I have in the last 8 years training.

Authentic Muay Thai training in a clean and energetic environment. Coach Trent is a world class striking coach and has a true love for teaching and coaching. Great experience, I ended up joining!
