Took my daughter to check her leg that she had a splinter that is now hard and painful, dr did not touch her wound just stand 4 feet away and said put ice pack on it and left before I can ask any questions.

I was one of the first people here and had to wait the longest. They have extremely long wait times In the waiting room and to see the doctor. I have strep throat and just want to be treated. I have now been sitting here waiting for the last hour in discomfort and pain

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a head injury and I wanted to confirm if it was a concussion and how bad of a concussion it was. The intern that was asking questions wouldn’t even let me speak, didn’t look like he wanted to be there nor had any care or interest in actually helping me out. The doctor came and basically made me raise my eyebrows and stick out my tongue and went along to say I look fine.. if I wanted to stretch out my face I could’ve done that at home. @dr saad ansari rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly frustrating. I received an appointment reminder with no clarity on whether it was virtual or in-person, and was told to call the clinic to confirm. I spent over 30 minutes on hold — and no one answered. Meanwhile, the message warned that I'd be charged $80 if I missed the appointment.
