I have trusted this facility with my belongings over the course of many years. I feel it is secure. It is dry. The billing and website are easy to use. I will not store anything I want safe elsewhere.
I've been with boxer for years and have always been very satisfied. They bill my credit card automatically, they keep a key so I don't have to worry about losing it, and it was very affordable... at the beginning. However, the price keeps going up, and I just went in to retrieve some items and was told "I aint got no keys for no one". After some discussion, they were able to find my key and told me I had to take it with me, they no longer keep keys.
