Excellent to work with. Reasonable rates. Easy 24 access. Wod definitely recommend. I used them for nearly 6 years and would still be if I hadn't moved.
I was hosted by Boxer Storage after the "rentals" were sold several years ago. They made me aware of concerns they had and updated me on policies that affected me. They kept the place clean and "up-to-date". I never had "face-to-face" contact with them; however, in the few phone conversations we had, they were polite and professional. jaf
Was very happy with service, then unfortunately due to fleeing a unsafe situation I had fallen behind. They went non responsive, wouldn't take payment over phone, locked me out of my account, and told me a set date on when my unit would be auctioned off if I didnt make payment but they literally gave me no way to pay on it. Not impressed by the way they seemed to care more about auctioning everything my children and I have including things that cant be replaced and important paperwork rather then just working with me.
Easy place and staff to rent from
One quick call and my problem was taken care of. Great team working here
