Very good and communication very good.
My storage unit, along with several others, was broken into. When I asked if there were security cameras, I was told, “Somewhere, but I don’t know where….you’ll have to call the cops.” While I understand that break-ins are ultimately beyond the facility’s control, I was disappointed by the lack of concern and follow-up. With multiple units affected, I would have expected management to review any available camera footage or at least provide more assistance to tenants. Got my unit very quick. Easy to do the payments online. Everyone I had to talk with was very polite. Not needed anymore and was easy to close it all up. Highly recommend.
Great to work with even on the weekend and zero notice.
