Helpful staff, fair pricing. 10/10
I was really impressed on how easy the online rental process was. It was very quick and within minutes, I had access to my unit. The unit was nice and clean, and very easy to access.
The process of renting the unit online was easy and smooth and they even called to check to make sure we did not need anything. Excellent place to work with and rent from!
The units are clean and very well maintained. Chris was always polite and helpful and willing to go beyond his duties. I once lost theykey to my lock and he cut the lock for me, so I was able to get into my unit. Another time my unit door wouldn't close properly and it turned out to be something going on with the door itself. They moved me to another unit (same size and price) and didn't rush me into having have my stuff moved the same day, within reason (I was able to get my stuff moved a day or to later).
