I leased an office space at 13140 Coit Road in Dallas, TX. The facilities and staff are great, especially the staff. The property manager, maintenance manager, and other facility personnel are always helpful. If there is any issue (of which I had none worth mentioning) the office personnel will ensure the resolution is comprehensive.
