My experience varies when management varies.
What a great maintenance team at the 1995 North Park Place. Jose and Luis are always available and have all the tools that is needed to do the job.
The property Manager, Timothy is the most unprofessional person that you’ll ever interact with. He will not hear your complaints, but will laugh in your face. Several people have been trapped in the Elevators in the building. The Elevators work when they want to, and often times do not. The place is never clean, and it is very unsafe getting into your car at night due to there being no security on the property. Future renters beware. I would NOT rent from this place if you’re trying to run a legitimate, upscale, business.
We have been in this building for 3 years now and very happy with the the service and quality. Mr. Oliver Cortez has been especially great anytime we needed help! Would highly recommend!
