Boxer property management in Colorado Springs is poor to say the least. We continually have major maintenance issues that go unmet for long period of times. Additionally, there are long delays for any response from the manager and often times we get lip service from him and no action. Boxer used common conference room space as an incentive to move in, however have taken these away and have no plans to replace them; this impeded our ability to run our business and we would never have chosen this location had they been up fron... read more

I get a lot of compliments on how well the building is maintained from my clients.
