Very horrible customer service, was trying to get information on a situation- was transferred to whom is the property manager ASHLEY. She was very rude and aggressive throughout our entire phone call. Asked her to calm down she begin screaming she was calm DEFINITELY WASNT CALM- highly do not recommend renting here.
Excellent The people right here are very pretty good customer service whit everybody.
I LOVE THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY PROPERTY MANAGER ASHLEY THOMASON, & OFFICER STAFFORD! THEY ALL ARE HELP & VERY PROFESSIONAL! BOXER PROPERTY IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS WITH! IVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH RENTING MY EXCLUSIVE SUITE & PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE! WONDERFUL STAFF I’M ALWAYS SAFE IN PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS ON PROPERTIES AND BUILDING AND BATHROOMS ALWAYS CLEAN.
