I am renewing my lease again at this property 440 Benmar. We have been at the location since 2009. the leasing person is Marilyn Gonzalez. she has held my hand for years through this process. I swear if it wasn't for her, I may have been gone. She really cares about the Business Tenants. She's not just beautiful woman, but her heart is genuine; she tells you the truth.
