We've been dealing with heat issues in my office for months putting in maintenance requests daily and the issue has never been fixed with past maintenance workers. Today after putting in 2 requests Jose came for the first time and officially fixed the issue changing my office from a hotbox to an icebox within 30mins. Mr. Jose is amazing and i'm very grateful for his professionalism and effort to actually fix my issue with results!
