The sign up process was a breeze and LaDonna, the property manager is very responsive. I had to contact her since I had an issue setting up auto-pay. The building is well maintained and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Update: As of 3/16/2026, the building is not being maintained. Arnaldo Williams is the new Assistant Property Manager. One of the elevators has been down for over a month. I reached out to ask him when it will be fixed, but I have been getting the runaround. Building appeared to be well kept, clean and free of trash unlike some of the buildings I have gone to in this area recently Staff was friendly as I got assistance from when needed help locating an office.
