Been working in this building for a little over two years, building is very safe, accessible, clean and organize. Very close to major highways like the beltway and Southwest 59. Maintenance staff always on top of our needs and handle them accurately and quickly!

The sign up process was a breeze and LaDonna, the property manager is very responsive. I had to contact her since I had an issue setting up auto-pay. The building is well maintained and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Update: As of 3/16/2026, the building is not being maintained. Arnaldo Williams is the new Assistant Property Manager. One of the elevators has been down for over a month. I reached out to ask him when it will be fixed, but I have been getting the runaround.
