The location is convent to the airport and the city, easy access to highways. The building is maintained well, clean and maintenance responsive if you have any issues. The onsite management changed in our second lease term and the new manager, Jose, is making a difference. Monthly tenant luncheons, building improvements, and fast response to emails or texts. The lease rates are reasonable and the parking plentiful.
Love the staff here and the building is always clean. I love the security around the building and how professional everything looks.
