Chantelle has been very helpful with the process
There has been nothing but issues with this building. There are countless days when no elevators are working, and we have to walk up 10 flights of stairs, numerous times when the A/C is out, and equipment in the gym is broken. You can try to go to the management office, but more than often than not, the doors are locked and no one is there. There is no communication when things are broken. If you have an employee is not physically capable to take the stairs, they have to drive to the building to turn around and go home... Ed... read more
Ignacio and Chantelle have been great to work with! The location is always clean and boxer people attentive. cant beat it.....
Location, location and with so many functional plans which is hard to find. Most locations we looked at had to change around plans to fit our business which in turn adds to your lease rate. They had a more than a few plans that worked although we choose one with a view. Chantelle Hall, Alessia Zepeda and team were easy to deal with and have been great!
Chantelle is amazing to work with! The property is great too. Lots of great amenities.
