I have been a loyal tenant in this building since 2018 and the way I have been treated under the current management has been unacceptable. Since being moved to another office in the building, I have dealt with property damage, air conditioning issues, internet outages, and unauthorized access to my space. Have been very happy here at 1300 Bay Area Blvd. Building is clean, offices are spacious and the maintenance team and building staff are attentive and kind.
Serena Roberson is the sweetest. Easy to get a hold of and goes through everything and where everything is. Very helpful. Ivan in maintenance is very helpful too and always available.
