Updated review. Submitted an inquiry about a week ago. Have spoken to at least 4 people who all say that someone else (or that they will personally) reach out to follow up... and that has yet to happen. Posted a review on Google and received a canned response to "save face" that requested I call the SAME NUMBER I'VE ALREADY CALLED. Poor management...worse communication. But don't be late on payment or everyone in the building will know. Ask the person in the suite on my hallway or the folks in front of the elevator.
Candice, the property manager, makes this place a GEM! She ensures that everything in the building is running smoothly, from the facilities to the happiness of the tenants. She goes above and beyond for the tenants and even hosts fun little events for tenants to network. The building itself is beautifully upgraded. We get compliments from our clients about the beauty of our building and office. I highly recommend considering this property for your business needs.
