If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I inquired about an office space and had a few questions about possibly leasing. Eric, the property manager was so unnecessarily rude and nasty towards me. I would NEVER recommend anyone move into any of their office spaces. Boxer Property, do a better job of vetting your property managers. His disgusting attitude is not going to help you lease those spaces out. EDIT: I am now being harassed by the property manager. I have not had heat in my office for 2 months at 10935 Estate Ln. Dallas. I have consistently complained including sending time stamped photographs of the thermostat. On site management has tried to repair but the unit for my office is apparently done. I have to work from home more than I can the office as temp can be in the 40s when it is cold outside. I offered 3 solutions. Fix problem, move me to a new office or terminate the lease. There are dozens of empty offices at LBJ Plaza. Boxer has declined to do anything ... read more

Management will lie to you in a heartbeat!
I have been with Boxer properties for some time now and this review holds solid merit. Do not at all cost rent from any of their properties. We went months without janitorial services with the property in shambles. The elevators have not worked consistently since we first started leasing from them. During the COVID-19 quarantine instead of working with small business owners like myself to work our rent for the hardship, they instead imposed a 3 day notice on tenants.
