It's just ok. They are very professional and helpful in the beginning to get you to sign, but don't need anything or you will be trying for days to get those things addressed with NO RESPONSE or COMMUNICATION AT ALL. Super thin walls, too. It won't let me give 2.5 stars and they aren't quite a 3-star property.

Very convenient process for leasing office space. This is my second time using Boxer, and I have been very pleased with the service.

I thoroughly enjoyed coming to work partly due to the quality of our office building and its staff. Candice goes above and beyond to continue supporting us as a business whenever we need help, even when it’s outside her scope of duties; the staff here at Boxer Properties has always been kind, polite, and courteous. My company has been leasing space from Boxer Properties at 1100 NASA Parkway for years now. Their property manager, Candice Burton, is fantastic and ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her tenants. I'm looking forward to being a tenant at this property for a long time!
