I saw a picture in Unsplash and honestly thought that was a joke? How can bottled/boxed/filled water ever be sustainable? Tab water is drinking water in probably all countries you sell this incredibly unnecessary product to.
Paper is Better over Plastic water bottles and this company gives back to nonprofits cleaning up the Ocean!
love the concept and that you are in Michigan....However the 2 boxes that we taste tested had an after taste....not the whole box just the last near the bottom.....not sure why kind of a metallic taste.. I hope you can change this. I would like to support your company..
I'm not sure that I could give you a positive rating base on a complete lack of customer service. I've been trying to cancel an order. I've tried calling customer service and no one responded. I called every extension offered on your phone options, not one answered. I PM-ed with the details and again no response. Thank you.

Water NOT in plastic is Genius and necessary! Why is it so expensive from most companies? We love boxed water because it tasted great and it was reasonably priced. What can we do to get this in stores people?! ♥️
