Initially satisfied with the unit. Eventually after having the unit for several years even becoming friendly with the manager and more then happy with the communication and support of the team. I changed my phone number and had moved a few times. I contacted them with my updated information over phone initially and eventually over email. Life got the better of me and my wife left me. Hate the place. People are very rude cut my lock off went through my storage when I had no business doing that horrible place would not recommend renting from them at all. The manager is very rude when I try to come to him with my problems do not rent from them.
