My experience with boxed up on sandhurton Rockford .it was great for the 2 years then I completely forgot about my storage it was 2 months I got behind they put late charges I was fine with that I tried paying it then they said I could not pay some had to pay all I could not get money for that I called them they said for me to come with all money or it was to be action I speaked to general manger he let me have one week to pay it on Wednesday before 7 pm I had the money on card but the price was different I called and they d... read more

Initially satisfied with the unit. Eventually after having the unit for several years even becoming friendly with the manager and more then happy with the communication and support of the team. I changed my phone number and had moved a few times. I contacted them with my updated information over phone initially and eventually over email. Life got the better of me and my wife left me.
