Great coffee and baked goods. My favorite was the pistachio rose water croissant with the ginger scone a close second. Very busy on a Saturday morning but they worked the line quickly. Not a lot of seating.
Box Car is mine and my daughter's favorite Boulder coffee shop. The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is Boulder at its best.
Lovely espresso tonic and a delicious rose pistachio croissant. It can get crowded but they work hard to keep the lines moving.
Great coffee pastries and coffee. Expect to wait 15-30 minutes for coffee here. There is always a line.
I know a coffee shop is truly good when their drip coffee tastes like it was made with as much attention as their espresso. I was impressed that they had two options for drip which told me they already care more about drip than the average coffee shop. My girlfriend had the classic washed and I had the ethiopian natural - both were so tasty! The made-in-house pastries were a slam dunk as well. Shouldn’t skip the kouign-amann.
