A customer of the Box Shop for well over 30 years, and never have had a bad experience. Unfortunately Bob had ALS and passed away in June 2026, but the good news is that his son, Pat, an his lovely wife, are now running the Box Shop. His staff is courteous, well trained, and very accommodating. It’s super convenient to have a Notary Public and Life Scans available too. Thanks Box Shop, keep up the good work!
I brought in an item to be shipped on 7/9. I needed it there by a very specific date. I checked tracking and by the 14th of July it still had not left. I called them 5 minutes before closing and they told me they couldn't help until 0900 the next day. I told them if the package hadn't left, I wanted to pick it up because I needed to take it somewhere else to overnight it. Cole was very rude and repeated I needed to call back tomorrow. Excellent customer service. It's a one-stop shop to take care of necessities like mailing things through ups, fedex, usps, or a notary public, fingerprinting services, U-Haul rentals, knife sharpening, etc. Great business!
Very helpful and patient. Super nice...I won't go anywhere else to mail or ship packages!
