In and out. No problems. Except thier wi fi is very week.
The older man working at this UPS store was incredibly rude and condescending. I strongly recommend avoiding this location for Amazon returns. Go to the H Street store instead. They handle returns professionally and don’t make customers feel talked down to. If this man is the owner, he needs to learn how to treat people with respect and update his understanding of how returns work. Amazon offers no-label, no-box drop-offs for a reason.
