Very disappointed. Ben came out for a quote and was very kind and professional. I had a quote pretty quickly and agreed to it, paying 50% of the job as a deposit. I knew going into the fall season that we would be dealing with the weather as half of the project was outside with the other half being inside. Unfortunately, I had to do ALL the communication. Two years after having an excellent experience with BOX painting on our home's exterior, we wanted our bathrooms paint update and a refreshing of other areas of the home. Of course, we hired BOX painting again. Owner, Ben, made sure we got everything we needed and was flexible and supportive when, mid-project, we requested a number of changes. Mario, Juan and Diego did precise, professional work and were a pleasure to have around the house for a week and 1/2. Terrific job. Thank you, all.
