I first thought Ben and Box painting were great, until the stain job on my deck started to look too weathered after less than a year. He had given a 5 year guarantee, he came back to look, agreed something didn't go right, and said he would fix it. Ben Aeby gave me a quote for exterior paint in Sept 2025. He seemed professional and his estimate was reasonable so I quickly accepted and made a deposit (50% of the estimate). I wanted to get it done before the end of year and I also knew that going into the rainy season that there was a chance that we might have to wait until next Spring which I was fine with. Very disappointed. Ben came out for a quote and was very kind and professional. I had a quote pretty quickly and agreed to it, paying 50% of the job as a deposit. I knew going into the fall season that we would be dealing with the weather as half of the project was outside with the other half being inside. Unfortunately, I had to do ALL the communication.
