I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Yang at this clinic. Despite being recommended by a friend and appearing competent years ago, his professional attitude and medical expertise have deteriorated significantly. For instance, during my recent appointment to discuss hospital test results, he merely read the numbers were "within standard range" without offering further interpretation. Dr. Yang is very responsible, professional and careful, and has regarded him as a family doctor. The waiting time to see a doctor is very fast now.

Both Dr Yang and Dr Yu have generally been great and caring about any issues you tell them. However, waiting times often exceeds more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time - if you could even book someone in the first place. Needing to schedule weeks or even months later (by which you would have probably gotten better or feel bad enough to need more urgent care) for appointments makes this otherwise a great clinic not extremely recommended unless you have non-urgent issues.

I simply cannot understand why anybody could criticise this clinic. I have been attending since it opened about 20+ years ago, and I was a patient of Dr Yang for three years prior to that. He is patient, courteous, and in my opinion very capable and knowledgeable as a doctor , as also is his partner Dr Yu. Highly recommended!
