杨医生态度差、不专业，对病人缺乏耐心和同理心。前台沟通混乱，经常弄错预约。给了好几次机会还是那样，非常糟糕的就诊经历，发誓不会再来了。
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Yang at this clinic. Despite being recommended by a friend and appearing competent years ago, his professional attitude and medical expertise have deteriorated significantly. For instance, during my recent appointment to discuss hospital test results, he merely read the numbers were "within standard range" without offering further interpretation.
