我怀着非常失望和气愤的心情写下这条评价，希望能给其他选择这里的同胞提个醒。 我预约了今天中午12：20的就诊时间，并准时到达。作为一个上班族，我是利用宝贵的午休时间特意赶来的，对时间非常看重，因此也一直尊重医生的安排，在门外耐心等待。 12：20，一位阿姨准时进入了诊室。随后，令人不适的一幕开始了：在接下来的至少5-6分钟里，我在门外清晰地听到诊室里热烈地聊起了家常——从团购买菜，到炖牛肉的技巧（讨论牛腩怎么炖比较烂、比较嫩），甚至聊到猪肉有骚味，而里面的Yu医生也兴致勃勃地参与其中，询问在哪里团购。之后才开始涉及病情。 我可以理解医生和熟客寒暄，但把工作时间当成闲聊的场合，让后面准时赴约的患者听着这些内容干等，这难道是一个专业诊所该有的样子吗？ 大约20分钟后，前面的患者结束。我以为终于轮到我了，却被告知医生要去给另一位11点多就来的病人打针。我询问大概要等多久，得到答复“3、5分钟”。结果，我又在门外等了整整10分钟。 此时，已经超过我的预约时间30多分钟。我实在忍不住去前台询问，得到的答复却是：“打针的早就来了，你必须等。” 那一刻我感到非常荒谬：预约的意义何在？准时守约的人，反而要无限期为不守时的人让路？ 医生终于出来了。他没有任何一句... read more
