Rude receptionist and careless doctor. Gave wrong information and blame patient for everything and threaten to charge.
Avoid Dr Zhang at all costs. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with and strongly advise others not to book an appointment with this GP under any circumstances. Her attitude was shockingly poor. She showed no patience at all when I was asking questions about my condition. She was dismissive, rude, with absolutely no respect for patients. I am extremely dissatisfied with my consultation with Dr Zhang. The GP was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. The way she spoke was harsh and made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. The consultation felt very rushed and careless. I would not recommend this doctor.
