RecommendedNathan and Michele personally followed up on a package I thought might be misdirected! They followed the tracking, and were intending to intercept the package, if necessary. I can ONLY say great things about Box & Go's employees, and their exemplary service!
The staff is super nice. when all the big shipping companies wouldn't give me the time of day, they stepped up and shipped my donation to St Jude's for me. It was a giant box of toys and wasn't light, but they took care of it without any problems.
They are amazing customer service they will help you with anything you need.I would definitely recommend this if you are sending anything 👍
Our favorite place to ship! Post office always takes forever, Box and Go is very quick and extremely knowledgeable. And any business with dogs waiting at the door to greet is amazing in my book! 🐶

This is THE BEST place to ship and buy supplies! I no longer worry about how long I'll have to wait in line to ship things. They store addresses. They help you pack everything. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY! Sometimes, their sweet pup is there! Everyone loves Louie! Seriously, they make something I used to dread, enjoyable!
