Box Flow Grow is so much more than your typical boxing class. Coach Yazeed helps become stronger both physically and mentally. He genuinely cares about his team. I’ve tried other boxing classes but nothing else comes close. I love that you see people from all ages and stages in life join the classes and he is able to customize the class to everyone’s individual abilities. If you’ve ever thought about a boxing class, this is the place to do it!
