I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the front desk staff. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, someone will pick up only to immediately transfer me to voicemail. This has happened repeatedly, not just once or twice. Communication is a huge part of patient care, and this office consistently falls short. Because of this ongoing issue, I’ve already switched eye doctors and am now considering switching my family as well.
