Found this place online and so happy I did!!! Bought a mattress, after a week I realized the mattress was defective. Called the store and spoke with Chris. Chris and Jen came to see it and also saw the defect. They did switch it, brought the new one and took the defective one. They are so nice and accommodating. My furbabies Rocco and Luna and of course myself are so happy with the mattress and the customer service!!! Definitely recommend.

We got our new mattress delivered today from Box Drop. Working with Jen at the store was a good experience. Even as other customers came in she kept in close touch with us. The delivery and set up of our two pieces went exactly as promised. It was a big plus for us that take away of the old stuff was at a reasonable price.
