We we pleased with Box Canyon. When returning our e-bikes, my wife had a minor chain issue a few blocks away. The shop guy went out and helped her back with it, and waived the extra rental she would have had by going from a regular bike to an e-bike. The Swiss-made BMC e-bike I had was awesome. We were out for several hours, and it still had 2/3 to 3/4 of battery left upon return.
I love my e-bike. Travis and Bart really know what they are doing. Which is good because I don't.
I love my Box Canyon bike. Tarvis and the gang at Box Canyon know what they are doing and back their products with great service. Everybody's ass should be on a Box Canyon bike!

I rented a road bike from Box Canyon Bicycles in September 2016. The bike they offered was a BMC SLR02 that was in great condition and well tuned with no issues shifting or braking. I brought my pedals and they put them on for me and made sure the bike was set up for me. Also provided was spare tire kit. I had a half day (4 hour) rental and rode up to Lizard Head Pass at their recommendation.
