The property manager is not very responsive on updating balances in your account and does not answer your emails once sent out, but the people who do actually run the property in the leasing office are very nice very responsive and do a great job on keeping the community clean and attending to the needs of the residents that they can.
I wouldn't tell anyone I know to live here. You hear your neighbors constantly, every discussion, every late night activity, paper thin walls. Buy earplugs or good headphones you're going to need them. Feels like a dorm most the time, not a place for young professionals who work in the morning. The parking is a nightmare. Unmanaged, filthy, no rules, no enforcement. Management wont do anything except put stickers on a car to enforce parking policy. Youre crammed in there like rats. $1,400 per month for an abandoned factory is quite high for an apartment not to mention the train tracks are walking in walking distance
