Let me give an example.On the first day of our Mexican vacation Linda called our cell phone to ask if Suki, our 12 year old Bichon, had a history of seizures. She did not. Great kennel and excellent care for our two "kids" Sage and Wyatt. They had their first stay at Bowzers this past weekend. The great reviews we read before choosing the kennel are accurate and Im so glad we found such a wonderful place for our two Aussies. They were quite happy when we went to pick them up and "Grandma and Granda" already knew many of their habits, likes and dislikes even just after only a couple days with them - so we know they took that personal time with the pups. This was the first time we had gone away and not taken our dog Bear. Bear is a 12 year old spoiled house dog. She is such a special part of our family and we were a little worried about leaving her, especially since she is old and she does have cancer. She was obviously happy to be there because she ate her food every day (which she wont do when she is not happy). She got lots of attention and love. Linda has their customers for life(meaning our boxer Max and us)!Nice, clean and well organized place, kennels which look more like individual condos for dogs(heated, too), and, most important, people who are really care for dogs and love them. Phone calls were answered promptly, directions were clear, location was convenient. far, it was our best experience ever with such an establishment . We would recommend Bowsers to all our friends! I had to board my 8 year old Westies for the first time ever for 2 weeks. Naturally I was worried about their wellbeing, but got extremley lucky when I found Bowzers! They take care of your pet like its their own, and I could tell when I picked up the pooches that they were comfortable, happy, and clean.This place is great!
My husband and I had visited and called multiple kennels before we decided to use Bowzers B & B Kennels. We could tell right away that Linda was a caring and professional kennel owner. Soon after we arrived, Sassy seemed to be at ease and warmed up to her. We called to check on Sassy while we were away and Linda gave us a full report. When we picked Sassy up, she was "all smiles" and seemed to be very happy. We have already scheduled another stay for Sassy at Bowzers in September.
