Whenever I take Abbe to "grandmas house" shes wildly happy. Linda and her family treat my baby as if she were their own, and Abbe is always so sad to leave. Its such a blessing to have such a safe, loving, and reliable place to leave Abbe when I have to go out of town on business. Thank you!
These folks refer to themselves as Grandma and Grandpa. I could see the affection in thier eyes as they greeted my "Oinky and Cleo". My 2 little healer mixes love this place. It was their 3rd trip to Bowzers and when I see both of them run into the arms of these lovely people, I know I can leave my 2 little loves without worry. THIS IS THE BEST IN DOG CARE THAT I HAVE SEEN. WE REALLY FEEL TOTALLY COMFORTABLE IN GOING AWAY ON VACATION AND LEAVING OUR DOG IN THE BEST AND I DO MEAN THE BEST OF CARE. IT IS SO GREAT TO SEE THE CARING AND LOVING ATTENTION THAT THE DOGS RECEIVE AT THIS KENNEL. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KENNEL TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR CARING AND LOVING PEOPLE.
Our dog LOVES Linda and John and shes very happy staying at this kennel. We live in Bellingham and will go up to Birch Bay to have her stay here. Awesome place, lots of loving attention and excellent care. They are very accommodating and genuinely love the animals they care for. Daisy is happy here and it makes us happy too.

Our two Cocker Spaniels recently spent 3 weeks at Bowzers.Zoie is 13, mostly blind and deaf, but got along great there in his own little world.Phoebe is 9, emotional and loving and enjoyed sitting in Lindas lap. We couldnt have picked a better place for them to stay. We never worried about them and knew they felt secure in their own private condo.I know Linda really cares about the dogs she boards. You know when someone truly loves what they do. We give Bowzers a "5 doggie paw" rating and will take our dogs there again.
My husband and I live in LA but come to the Northwest 2 to 3 times a year to visit family. We tried for reservations, 2 years in a row at Bowzers, but they did not have vacancies. This year we we called 3 months in advance and we were pleased to reserve one of Bowzers little cottages for our 3 Westies. Our impression of John and Linda left us feeling at ease knowing our little one would be in good hands. Their facility is small and their personal attention to their clients dogs was quite evident. I had the great experience of leaving my two pups, Ogden, a geriatric lab on medication, and Parker, a rambunctious lab pup, at Bowzers over New Years this year for four nights. When I did a site visit, I was impressed by the interaction both Linda and John had with my kids and with the operational setup that allowed my dogs to stay together in a heated room with water access at all times and access to the outside as well. About a week before my visit, Ogden came down with a prostate infection. I was with him for the first w... read more
