Very good service. Good communication and very supportive.
The dealership service department is always accommodating and explain what they are going to do to your car before they proceed to the repairs.
I was not pleased. To begin with they made sure to quote me the assessment fee on the phone and first thing when I dropped the car off. I brought my car in to be serviced for one thing and they searched for some unnecessary repair to charge additional funds. After telling them twice what I was experiencing and after assessing the car, he seemed unsure of the diagnosis and quoted me another expensive charge. They seemed to be looking for money versus surety of the problem.
Excellent service department! Vehicle was washed and ready on time!
