Alexander installed two kitchen lights for us yesterday. I’m so pleased with the results and I can’t highlight his professionalism and kind, polite manner enough. I’m in the middle of a kitchen remodel and to have someone pick up parts and keep in touch was invaluable. He made everything stress free. I highly recommend his company.
I have had Alex out to my house a couple of times for help with electrical work (and am getting ready to call him again with some more questions). He came to my house and installed a bunch of new plugs as my 100 year old house only had one in each room and I have a LOT of electronics. Here's a side note about his patience: Later, I turned on the kettle and the microwave at the same time, and that action popped the breaker in my house. Alex is a pro and is absolutely the best electrician I have ever used.
Alex was great! He is the third electrician I have tried. While the others had to be called repeatedly just to get an answer and scheduled weeks out, Alex answered the same day and came out two days later. He actively looked for ways to save time to save me money but explained absolutely everything to me. He asked me repeatedly if I had any questions. And he was understanding of the fact that I was juggling kids at the same time. Breath of fresh air!
Alex was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He walked both my wife and I through what had gone wrong with our outlets. Which gave us peace of mind that there wasn't a more serious problem or that we had blown something out ourselves. Also he has great prices. I recently paid almost double for a similar repair in our kitchen when we used one of the bigger companies. I would highly recommend Bowser Electrical.
