HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Horrible service department! I took my 2007 gmc yukon in for service with an 8am appointment. 9 hours later I'm told it needs to stay overnight and they were going to give me a rental. When I refused the rental and tried to drive my vehicle home that drove perfectly fine when I took it in, they told me that the mechanic locked my keys in the toolbox and had gone home for the evening. what did they do in the 9 hours that my vehicle was there? decent deal We bought a used Buick from this dealership. The sales people weren't obnoxious and the price wasn't too bad. We all know they made a profit but I didn't feel abused when we pulled out. The car has run nicely since we got it. The service department is another story. I am not impressed with it at all. We went there once, then found a mechanic to handle out maintenance.
