I purchased a gift for my granddaughter who lives out of state, the item did not fit. The purchase was only seventeen days old. The item hadn’t been worn and the tags were still on, but they didn’t let me return it without a gift receipt, even though I had the original receipt. I feel like I should’ve been able to receive a store credit or exchange it. Buyer Beware! I will never buy anything from this store again.
My favorite baby/toddler boutique! Very reasonable prices, and a little something for everyone. Adorable outfits, tons of stuffies, a large sports collection, board books and lovey’s galore. They also have a huge Charm It collection, which I’ve purchased numerous charms, bracelets and necklaces from. The online store has also been a lifesaver when I’ve been in a pinch. Everyone I’ve met has been super kind and very helpful when I’ve come in shopping for my niece.
I would never shop here again. It came here and shocked for the first time spent over $100 on several items and their system went down during checkout. The girl checking me out was very polite and helping me but she had to get someone else to help her the second person who came to help her, never once looked up at me, or apologized until I asked for her name, which was Kaitlyn. This store is so cute! Tons of adorable outfits, and the owner is so helpful. She helps pull together the cutest gifts, and I love stopping in to pick up a cute seasonal outfit for my own baby.
