My Grandmother had a couple of skin cancers removed here using the Mohs procedure. The place is easy to find, clean & has modern facilities. Access from the carpark is very easy as it is all flat, with non slip mats at the entry as it had rained earlier in the morning. There is a large door to accomadate walkers & wheelchairs. I had a very poor experience here. From the reception to the dr it was bad
Sent a referral, the receptionist called and offered a time. When I asked is this the time for numbing prior to the procedure the receptionist responded "it will be up to do the doctor -we normally use ice. I responded " I actually need numbing based on my own body experience and how it has been done at my previous practice- ideally a mutual decision and based on my own choice for what is right for my body. They charge you $25 for a replacement/lost script, despite the many hundreds of dollars for the script that you have just paid for during an appointment. Money grabbing and super mean. I have never seen this happen before. Only about getting everything they can from patients. Typical white, entitled Southern Highlands arrogance.
