Sent a referral, the receptionist called and offered a time. When I asked is this the time for numbing prior to the procedure the receptionist responded "it will be up to do the doctor -we normally use ice. I responded " I actually need numbing based on my own body experience and how it has been done at my previous practice- ideally a mutual decision and based on my own choice for what is right for my body. They charge you $25 for a replacement/lost script, despite the many hundreds of dollars for the script that you have just paid for during an appointment. Money grabbing and super mean. I have never seen this happen before. Only about getting everything they can from patients. Typical white, entitled Southern Highlands arrogance.

Dr Davies has treated several skin cancers on myself and is totally professional and uses the Mohs technique as needed.
First visit to Bowral Dermatology today. Very impressed Great reception staff and Dr Davies professional and thorough. Highly recommend a visit here. Easy off street parking and central location. What a wonderful dermatologist to have here in the highlands. Great not have to travel to out of the area anymore Excellent ! Jane Kooros
