I was looking for a property in the Texas hill country and ran across one of Brandon's listings. Although his property wasn't the one for me, I liked his style and engaged him as my buyer's agent. The main feature I was looking for in my new property was river frontage which opens up many square miles of possibilities and we looked at land from Gillespie to Uvalde counties.
